Here’s the step to step guide for paying mobile bills using ATM card.

Step 1:  Visit site home page www.tulanaa.com

Step 2: Go to E-payment menu

Step 3: Choose telecom operator (Here I have shown you NTC bill payment of Rs. 10)

Step 4: Insert phone number and amount. Sim type pre-paid or post is selected automatically.

Step 5: Confirm the payment

Step 6: Redirected to the processing page.

Step 7: Fill out your card details. Don’t worry its secure. OTP number will be sent to your phone or given email for confirmation. CVV is the last three digit at the back of ATM card.

You have to confirm if you have used your ATM card for the first time.

Step 8: Successful Transaction, if details provided is valid

Step 8*: Failed Transaction

Note: There are various reasons for the failed transaction which is listed in the error message. Furthermore, an insufficient amount in the account could be other reasons. And, there are still some banks who have not activated this services. Contact your bank if you have entered all the above credentials correctly.
